So, how about food? Lunch?
You bet cha! Snacks (and coffee) are provided in the morning. If you have special dietary needs, please feel free to bring your own snacks. A tasty box lunch will be served at noon.
Can we bring high school students?
This year—YES! Here are a few tips:
- Consider which student leaders to bring. The day is designed to challenge and inspire your more "mature" students. Some will bring their Juniors and Seniors, some just High School and some youth workers will use an age range. Decide which is best and bring your best leaders.
- It's kind of a "fishbowl"—with adult leaders and students in the same room, talking about youth and youth culture, etc. We are going to do our best to make sure they don't feel uncomfortable.
- Quality debrief—we'll provide questions and time at lunch that you can use for debrief after the day.
What should I bring?
You'll get a notebook when you check in—so bring a pen!
Is child care provided?
The church will not be providing child care at this event.
Do you have hotel discounts?
We're sorry but we don't have hotel discounts for these events.
What if I need to cancel somebody?
- You may send a friend in place of any other registered person on your team.
- You may contact us to transfer a registration to another location as space permits.
- You may cancel up to 10 days prior to the seminar day, minus a $10 per person administrative fee.
- Sorry, no refunds can be given for cancellations within 10 days of the event or no-shows.
